Our innovative platform matches individuals seeking mental health support with trained volunteer listeners for free online conversations and cross-cultural understanding. We cater to individuals of all ages who need a compassionate ear, and our volunteers are aged 18 and up, each equipped with the necessary skills to provide empathetic, non-judgmental listening support.
How it Works
TherapyBud connects individuals seeking mental health support with trained volunteers globally for weekly online conversational sessions. We thoroughly vet every user and volunteer to ascertain their suitability for our program. Participants are then matched based on preferences, needs, and availability, guaranteeing a beneficial and mutually satisfying support experience. Once a connection is established, TherapyBud assists users and volunteers throughout their involvement in the program by providing guidelines, resources, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Our Vision
We aim to bring about global transformation through a fully personalized approach that is implemented on a broad scale: 10,000+ 1-on-1 supportive connections. Each of these relationships serves as a link, bridging gaps in mental health support across the globe.
